Rates:
My rates depend on the length of sessions, and I am happy to take a free 15 minute phone consultation with you to discuss your specific needs and ensure the best quality of care. At the time of service, payment is taken by either cash or credit card.
My sliding scale sessions are offered upon a limited availability and on a case by case basis.
Insurance:
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance for payment. I can provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to ask about your specific coverage plan and benefits.
Here are a few prompts to help you get some questions answered with your provider:
Does my plan include mental health coverage?
Do I have an out of network deductible, and if so, how much is it?
Is there a limit to the number of sessions covered in my plan?
Frequency
Typical sessions are 50 minutes long meeting on a weekly basis. This may be more or less depending on your needs and can be adjusted upon collaboration.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missed session in full.
